FAQ's

How long will it take to get my headshot?

Proofs are sent the day after your session. After you select your image, final retouches will take 2-3 days. Rush services are available for a fee.

When and where do we take the headshots?

Sessions are available on weekends at Kansas City University and take 15 min. Check current availability 🗓️

Can I choose the background color?

Currently, the only background color available is grey.

Can I purchase multiple images?

Yes! After you receive your proofs, you have the option of purchasing additional retouched headshots at discounted rates—the more images you buy, the more you save.

I'm not a student at KCU, but I need a headshot. Can I still book you?
